We had an amazing experience with Mike at Candid Home Inspections. He was personable yet professional upon meeting & very thorough with his inspection. He was knowledgeable and provided us with additional information as new homeowners regarding proper maintenance & care. Mike gave us honest advice and recommendations about a few concerns on the home that should be remedied quickly to avoid long term issues in the future. Mike was very thorough both in the full report and explaining everything by phone. Very professional and even caught an additional roof item on his way by the property to pick up radon samples. He was so great to work with and we would highly recommend him and his team!!

Mike Raborn (Candid Home Inspection) was so informative and helpful. I was expecting to be totally overwhelmed with details but Mike took his time and went over each section of the report. He emailed two copies to me. The second one was even more streamlined. I would and do highly recommend this company if you’re planning to purchase a new home. Awesome folks to work with!!!

Super duper nice! Quick and efficient! Mike thoroughly explained everything to us and took great pictures so that we can see and understand. I highly recommend candid if you need an inspection!

It was very easy to make an appointment and quick to get an appointment. Grant was very professional and did a thorough job. He explained the report and answered all my questions. The report is very easy to understand and assess priorities. Costs are very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company!

We bought our house 6 months ago and used Candid for the inspection. We've had a few home inspections over the years and I was impressed with the communication and report from Candid compared to others we've experienced.
Went under the house today to start a new project and found this when looking for the water shut off. It's these little touches that are so nice.
