I highly recommend European Granite! They have a wonderful selection of slabs in different price points. Mylana was very helpful and great to work with. They sent me an image of my exact slab with sink cutouts in advance, so I could visualize the exact slab in my space. My quartzite was delicate and there were a few small cracks after it was installed. The owner came to my house and offered multiple ways to fix it. He was willing to do anything to make it right. This is a trustworthy company that stands by their work. I will use them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish purchasing our granite countertops for an outdoor kitchen. Great selection to choose from with the best prices we found. Very professional operation. Job was done within the time frame given and measurements and installation appointments were adhered to. The measurements were absolutely perfect and the installers were clean, courteous and professional. We highly recommend European Granite!

We were looking for a vanity top for a bathroom remodel. Just happened to drive by European Granite and pulled in to have a look. The staff was very helpful in finding a suitable piece for our project. We continued shopping at two other suppliers, and ultimately ended up back at European Granite to purchase our piece of Dolomite. Templateing and installation were done in a timely manner. The price was competitive and we are very pleased with final results.

Experience was topnotch beginning to end. Sales person (Anna) was excellent giving us all the time we needed to decided granite vs quartz (chose granite) answering all our questions. Gave us a real time quote estimate first visit (very accurate). Person who came to measure took his time and explained options. His measurements could not have been more accurate once granite installed. Installers were outstanding with a great final outcome. Could not be happier. Strongly recommend European Granite on Hwy 9 at Rt. 292.

This is our second project with European Granite. They have some of the best prices in the Upstate. No job is too small or too big for them. The customer service is great too. We had a small misunderstanding with a couple corner radii in our kitchen and they corrected it with no questions asked. Their templator and installers are very professional, punctual, and work quickly without sacrificing on quality. I would recommend European Granite to anyone looking for affordable, high quality countertops for any project.

Very professional experience. From the initial visit with the sales lady, the gentleman that did the template with the latest technology, to the two gentleman that did the installation. They all took the time to listen and answer all my questions. The whole experience was very gratifying. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for a job well done.

The picture above is how my kitchen looks after my experience with European Granite. I cannot express enough how terrible my experience was here.
We worked with Mylana a customer service person to pick out our countertops. We picked them out and were not contacted again. We called each week to get updates because they were never given. Mylana was rude, short, and never offered any help.
We had someone come out and take measurements and we decided to change to an undermount sink. They said it can’t be done without a $250 template fee. We were never told any of this. They said we signed a contract that Mylana never even went over. After a ton of back and forth, we said we would pay the $250 and just move forward.
The day of our install comes, after calling multiple times again to get times of when they would come out. They were over an hour late and they said they can’t install the countertops because of our backsplash. Mylana calls and says “you can either have it removed by someone or have it cut, we will reschedule”. They said it was supposed to be taken care of prior to install. Not ONCE did anyone say anything about tile. Not the guy taking measurements, not Mylana, not Bridgett (the manager), NO ONE. They ended up giving a refund and our countertops were never installed. We have been left without a sink, working dishwasher, or countertops. Had to cancel our upcoming events and now are without a functioning kitchen. Not once did the owner call and apologize. Every time I asked to speak to him, he was “sick”.
I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. They have no communication, no professionalism, and clearly do not know how to properly run a business. If you are looking for someone to do your countertops, please do not go here! You will regret it.
