I'm only giving one star because the old woman was polite that answered called for a quote.said would call me back in 25 hours.that was 3 days ago..

Went there to find out about having one of my property lines surveyed. Talked with Amy, she was more then helpful and as sweet as could be. She gave me an estimate on the job and said I could make an appointment, but warned me they were booked up until January. She also said I could not make an appointment and just put my request on top of the pile and they would get to it when they could in between other surveys since it was a small job. I did not make an appointment, and just hoped they would be out sooner then later. 4 weeks later, a crew arrived and surveyed the property line I requested. It took about 4 hours and the entire crew was courteous and professional. Thank you Souther Land Surveying for a job well done!

Avoid this company! I waited 2-3 months for a boundary survey, only to have them cancel (the day of) because of… get this… rain.
Terrible customer service to make someone wait that long only to cancel the day of; especially without offering another appointment within the week! BBB next!

Called this business to come survey one side of my property and they couldn't give me an accurate time frame or pricing. They instead quoted me over $1k for an entire 2 acre lot. I cannot afford that. They wouldn't have anything available for several weeks anyways.

After three calls to there office they never called back on a simple property survey. Must be to busy. Great way to run a business.

Nice, friendly people, but I did not appreciate the way they handled my business. They were unable to do my survey which is perfectly understandable, but did not respond to any of my follow up emails, and did not tell me they could not do the survey until I called them 3 weeks later.
