From the phone call to see if what I needed to rent (push mower) from when I returned it the service was top notch....other customer service business gave just been put on notice by Sunbelt!! Side note the bald gentleman working the morning of 7/8/2019 in the customer pick up and drop off section outside was super nice and helpful and whenever raises come up, I hope he is on top of list.
I used to rent from Sunbelt rentals all the time. I will not be using Sunbelt anymore. Constantly telling me things that are available on their website go to pick them up and they don't have them. Then they say to go all the way across town to a different location that does have it.

Outstanding support from a customer service representative named Brett. I had to rent a generator to narrow down an issue with the pro power onboard generator built into my Ford F-150 Hybrid. I have a 30A inlet installed in my garage for power outage issues. The generator built into my truck has an ground fault sensor issue, but Ford needed me to rent a generator to make sure. Brett helped me out tremendously as he really went above and beyond the customer service experience. He is very customer oriented, and wants to make sure the Sunbelt branding is well represented. I would definitely recommend this rental company and make sure to ask for Brett as he will take care of any needs associated with renting the equipment they carry.

Walked in to rent a log splitter. Two people working, neither would get off or put phone on hold to speak to me. Finally the one talking to his friend about lawn work says just go outside and talk to them. Told him I did not have it reserved. He then said he would check in a minute for availability and continued talking to his friend .
Said don't bother and went up the road to United Rental. Great experience .

When you want to know how a business should be operated - look at this Sunbelt location. I can't convey just how competent, knowledgeable, and just downright friendly and helpful everyone is at this location. I have rented from this location for years and I can honestly say that I have zero complaints and nothing but complements for how they do business.
Highly respectful and knowledgeable employee to include the folks inside, to the delivery drivers, and the maintenance employees. Thanks for the great service!
