The two young people a young man and a young woman came and took everything I needed them to take. The sofa was a very long sofa and it took them a while to get it through to the outside but they did excellent job. Those two people work very well together and they're very efficient. They were very accommodating as well as very pleasant young people.

First off, let me start by saying how awesome the customer service is. I've worked with this same guy over a couple companies and he's by far the best and most polite person I've ever met. I'd recommend this company almost solely because of him. Going above and beyond and always with a smile. I'll use load and Go from now on as long as they keep him. I'm always beyond impressed with the service.

I highly recommend Jarrod and his Load N Go Team! I’ve used this company 3 times and they do a great job! Reasonably priced, easy to work with and they show up on time. We pulled a heaping pile of insulation out from under the house(the insulation picture was taken halfway through the job so it was actually double that height.) and they came out and removed it all. They sent me a picture when they were done and left the area raked and clean.
