I have to put one star, but wish there was an option to have negative. Beware, Do not trust this company or their salesman Tim. They use a computer based program where the colors are inaccurate at best, and don’t have appropriate color palette’s to give you an accurate representation. When mismatched colored products show up without the particular color mentioned on the tag, they’ll just tell you it’s on their paperwork not the actual tag on the product that has every other detail. Bottom line, steer clear of this company. We’re stuck with a black door that we overpaid for when we made it clear to tim and window world, and their computer based program that we wanted a brown door to replace a black door.

I love my new windows ? the installers were fast, efficient, respectful of my property and friendly. And so was the office support, very friendly. They made me feel like my window install was important! The rep came to my home was knowledgeable, gave me the estimate, possible delivery/install date and it was exactly what I received so that was great. Added bonus the double pain glass makes a difference with outside noise compared to my old windows. And I know these will improve my electric bill. The guys did a great job putting them in, they’re well sealed so I am not as concerned with wind now, and Window World will replace them if they get damaged. I couldn’t be happier. I got other estimates but the main reason I went with Window World is I can call them and get a local representative on the phone that’s close to where I live. New windows are an investment and that helped make me feel confident about the purchase. The best part is the windows look amazing!!
