I had a very complicated project and Lake Wylie Dock Construction found a solution. LWDC offers a solar power boat lift that was another solution I was looking for to eliminate the need for electrical power. The system will run the lift, three lights, and has a remote control. Todd spend the time to show me a finished project with the boat lift system. LWDC’s communication is outstanding, and they are very accessible through phone/text. Greg and his team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Greg Dunlap is amazing, talented and will take extra steps to make the project perfect. The previous dock builders left out very vital lag bolds to keep the dock from falling in. Without any hesitations during the project Greg and his team fixed the issue. Additionally, they installed a couple kayak racks which freed up more space on the dock. I highly recommend Lake Wylie Dock Construction for any of your dock and boat lift needs.

We are very pleased with our new dock construction. The LWDC team were very accessible and easy to deal with, communication on their end was outstanding keeping us in the loop daily of schedules and so forth. The structure, strength, and reliability of the dock design and materials used was more than we expected, leaving us with a very comfortable and confident feeling that we chose the right people for the job. We are more than satisfied with the results and the value achieved. Being an engineer, I truly appreciate the thought and efforts put into the materials and structure supporting our dock. I would and have highly recommended their team for anyone looking for high quality standards and caring work.

Greg Dunlap's work is superb! He is a craftsman and his attention to detail is evident in every cut and joint. The three jobs he did for us were completed on time despite a couple of changes we made during the projects. We will definitely work with Greg for our planned future projects.

The planning and construction phases were seamless - keeping me informed of progress regularly. Quality of work is outstanding and attention to detail is obvious. I highly recommend!
