I called and scheduled a service because my master bedroom kept tripping the circuit breaker. Brent Haston came out and spent 3 hours working to identify what was causing the circuit breaker to trip constantly.
He traced down the issue to a faulty ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. I would have never thought to consider the issue was being caused in a different room.
He did a remarkable job, and cleaned up by vacuuming the areas he worked. I will definitely be calling him back when I go to replace the ceiling fan.
I will recommend It’s Electric Carolina’s to all my friends who are looking for an electrician. Do yourself a favor and call Brent, he will not disappoint.
I wish I could give It’s Electric 6 stars ⭐️ for their stellar service! I was house sitting for my parents who were out of town. When I arrived, late at night after driving from Louisiana, I found that the electricity was completely out at their home but all neighbors still had power. After calling several local electricians in the morning (and never getting calls back!) I found It’s Electric and spoke to a very polite man who took all my info. The owner, Brent, called me back almost immediately and said he’d come out first thing since we had no power at all in the peak of summer heat. He followed through, assessed the problem and quickly identified what needed to be fixed. I was giving my dad (who is an electrical engineer) a play by play via text and he verified that everything Brent said regarding the old/original panel was correct. Brent was honest and took the time to hunt down the part we needed-hard to find compatible parts nowadays for 45 year old panels that aren’t made anymore! We were so impressed. He also had a young intern working with him, teaching him the trade. That young man was impressive as well. We’ve told all of our friends and family in the Charlotte area about him. Definitely give him a call if you need an electrician!!

I used Brent to replace all my outside electricity when a tree limbs pulled everything off my house I mean everything. His work was very neat and was way beyond my expectations. I would recommend him. Brent you did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Brent and his crew were very professional, arrived on time, friendly, and did excellent work. We had recessed ceiling lights, an entryway light, and storage area lights installed. Changed out bathroom lights and replaced numerous plugs and light switches. I would highly recommend It’s Electric and plan to use them to do additional work on outside lighting I the near future.

I used It’s Electric Carolinas to install three beautiful Tiffany-style fans in my condo.
At first, the electrician refused to install them because we could not locate the UL stamp on the fans and he had concerns about them being foreign knockoffs that wouldn’t be up to electrical code. We later found the stamps and they made my installation top priority due to the delay!
I love my fans, these people are very passionate about what they do, and they aren’t just there to do the job. They want to make sure it’s done RIGHT and safely and you can’t put a price tag on that.

Friendly and professional, the electricians with Electric Carolinas are also very knowledgeable and adept at explaining the ins and outs of whatever electrical problems you may be experiencing. We live in an older home and they were familiar with what to expect from a house built in our era. Everything was fixed beyond code level, so passing inspection wasn't an issue. They corrected errors previous electricians had made. Knowledge, experience, and professional - you will get what you pay for. Did we run into scheduling issues with the city? Yes, and this lead to delays that weren't always communicated to me. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Overall it was a very good experience and I would use them again.

I had a lightning strike in Charlotte about a week ago... lost a bunch of small electronics. It tripped a bunch of my 15A and 20A breakers as well. One of them would no reset and I concluded it was toast. Went to Home depot to find a replacement and couldn't find one that matched exactly. Overheard a conversation on the same aisle and knew the man talking had electrical knowledge. Introduced myself and asked if he could help. It was Brent and he gave me some great advice, guidance and showed me the best breaker to make the fix. Wouldn't accept anything for the effort or time and I was most gracious. When the time comes to call an electrician, Brent is going to be on the top of the list.

We had a few repairs that were needed and Brent from It's Carolina Electric was responsive. He sent someone over to fix the issues.
He was able to fix both issues in a timely manner and made sure they were working before leaving.
It's Carolina Electric does a great job and I would recommend them for any electric issues.

Wholeheartedly recommend! Brent and his team are consummate professionals, and did a fantastic job installing recessed lighting in my home. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Just as important, the whole team was courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. I'll certainly be using It's Electric Carolinas in the future!
