Tyler and his partner did a fantastic job at my house today! He was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful in presenting options to me for the needed work. They finished everything same-day and had some helpful suggestions on how I can maintain things in the future. Ray was great! He knew the problem, got the stuff needed, and we had odorless hot water again in less than two hours. They are the “smell good” plumbers. Highly professional, timely, polite, and personable. I highly recommend them.

Tyler and apprentice arrived as scheduled to
repair leak 6 ft from water meter in yard.Great job and extra effort to save grass. I asked him
to look at gas hot water heater which is 22 yrs. old. Made the decision to be proactive and let them put in a new water heater. The qualitu of work was superior. Very knowledgable and I will definitely recommend and use in the future!

We’ve used Carter a few times in the last 3 yrs. and have been very happy with the professionalism, response time and quality of work. Ray has been to our house a couple times now and is always super friendly and explains the repairs clearly. Although recently the pricing has been significant, it measures up to the inflation costs of everything that has gone up in the last few years. Unfortunately, it’s not the companies fault and I would rather pay more than find out they are cutting corners to lower costs. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had a great experience from Carter Plumbing and Billy Hinson was great and very professional with an upbeat attitude. He got to install a toilet for me that he’d never seen before (full skirt) and tackled it with ease. I will be having them pump my septic later this week. Great job guys!

Tyler was amazing! He came out and explained everything 110 percent to the homeowner. He took his time and covered all aspects of the job. You should be thankful to have someone like Tyler on your Carter Quality team!! The dispatcher Abby was just as good. She answered the phone right away and was very polite. A big two thumbs up for both employees!! I will always recommend Carter Quality Plumbing.

Ray was amazing! I had been notified from the city I had a leak. I checked all I knew and found nothing. He came in and identified it right away. He left me with no questions about what was needed. Hands down top notch service!
