Called them 3 weeks ago about getting my land surveyed. Was quoted a price that I thought was reasonable, but that they were 2 months out. I'm okay with the timeline. I was told they would email me the paperwork to sign, either that day or the next. Still haven't received it, 3 weeks later. Have called 2 more additional times and spoke to 2 different people from the 1st time. The other 2 people act like they know nothing. How unprofessional can you be? I hear other people talking in the office background when I'm on the phone with them, can't be that busy if people are in the office and not out working...

I called in February and they stated they were booked till June! I cant wait that long however, they get 5 stars because they did what 99% of the other surveyors around this area don't do..they ANSWERED THE PHONE and were VERY professional. for that they get a great review.

Jim was incredibly kind and instead of just taking our money, asked all the right questions first. He then offered to go to the county together and make sure any surveying done, would be worthwhile. Integrity is rare today, and these people display it. I will always use this co. for any surveying needs. Very honest!!
