When we first arrived at the store we was greeted by Jeremy. We sat and talked about the Mahindra roxor for a bit. Got numbers started and bought it that day. He made every step of the way easy for us. Loved his service. Even after the sale, he has still gone out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. I highly recommend this store for any of your needs.
Rented a small excavator for a week from here. When it came my partner who is a mechanic jokingly said,"I see they gave you the worst one on the lot." 3 days later it broke down. Thompson did send someone out to replace it the next day, and when we needed an extra day because of the break down it was given to us at no charge to make up for the lost day. Yes it isn't fun when things break down and mess with your schedule, but they did everything they could to make it right and that is all anyone can ask for. Customer service was pretty good, only wish they communicated better with the break down.

I was looking for a smaller wright mower than what was shown to me. They realized they should have had one on site but it was not there, so they were kind enough to fined one at another store, on the same day. They had it delivered and I was able to bring it home. I would like to thank Josh and Jeremy for their hard work to make it happen! I love my new machine!!! Thank you again Keith.

I walked into the Lexington store minutes before closing on a Saturday and was greeted by Jeremy. I asked a few questions about small tractors with loader and backhoe capabilities and Jeremy gave me lots of guidance. I returned on Monday after researching options and walked out with a brand new tractor, trailer and a great financing plan. Jeremy walked me through the entire process, made recommendations and provided multiple options to enhance my buying experience. While in the showroom and at the counter I overheard several customer interactions between the staff and customers, everyone was treated fairly and with knowledgeable insights. I would definitely recommend Thompson as a go to for all of your sales, service or rental needs.
