Lance Carpenter and CertaPro Painters were absolutely amazing to work with. They were so patient with our indecision on colors and helpful with suggestions. Most importantly, the quality and responsibility of their work was like nothing we have seen. They left the worksite clean every day and and the walls look like new! They removed some very difficult wallpaper (worth the price!!) and repaired lots of issues. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again!

When Lance arrived at my house, he was polite and thorough. He laid out an acceptable plan of action to paint my kitchen, morning room, living room, two halls, including doors and trim. I scheduled start times with him and then confirmed the times via their office manager. I was told the times would be perfect and they would have a crew ready. Come the start day, the crew arrived on time and worked most of the day. They were polite. Come the second, third and fourth day, the crew didn't show. I would only hear from them 15-30 mins prior to being on site. One excuse was a broken vehicle which they said happened that morning, they were to be on site at 1:00. The next day 30 mins prior to being on site I received a message that they had food poisoning. Strange they just found out 15 mins prior to working. That evening they confirmed they would be on site the next day. I thought it was strange they were finally over food poisoning so quickly. The head of the crew confirmed times with me and still never arrived. I called the office and they said he was enrute. This was 30 mins after confirmed time and with only 2 hours left in day to work. When the crew left the first day, they replaced all the switch panels. I thought this odd as the walls still needed a second coat (notice photos below). However I learned they had no intention of putting a second coat on the wall. When I called the office they said the crew reported only needing to complete some patch work and trim. I too run a small business and had to move my clients and cancel them due to the lack of professionalism of informing me in a timely manner and lack of work. I have 4 kids and one in a wheel chair. I made sure to have the kids occupied and out of the painters way during the designated times. The chaos in the house, due to the job, had made if difficult for my son to manuver in his chair. This was expected for some times, but now we are left in this disarray as the walls are unfinished.
