Go to for doors and trim. Excellence in product, lacking in customer service. Watch the order process, have a build sheet and have that attached to the order, including hinge boors, wood species, prime, and how many, place your order in person only, do not email Amy nor fax your order in. This is what is takes to get an order done correctly. This process can be done on line at any number of cabinet door supply suppliers and shipped to your home with zero hassle and comparable to what is charged at Roy's.

The absolutely worst experience, I've witnessed from a business. I hope the owner reads this, whoever you have interacting with the walk in customers is unprofessional and a theif. I watched him mark up a customer's order by $90, and laugh about it. You mess up an order, and the customer has to pay for, your mistake. So glad I left, and didn't waste my time or money with the company. Very unprofessional, and uninformed. I'll definitely spread the word, about the unprofessionalism and jacking up prices. Disgraceful.

We had Roy's Wood Products, install all of our hardwood floors, Walter and Steven, are AMAZING! We had Hickory & White Oak flooring installed, Very professional, and attention to details, since we had borders. We will be using them again when we build our media room.
