Russell came and assessed my A/C unit today and was wonderful to work with. He was patient and clear when explaining what needed service and why and additionally worked very hard to ensure that I would not feel surprised or blindsided by costs. He communicated next steps very clearly and I would be happy to work with Russell again in the future.

I had three technicians come in today and install my brand new HVAC system. It was Bruno, Brandon, and Xander and they did such a great job and worked so hard in this heat. They got in got it done and it’s running great thank you so much. The crew was very friendly and professional, they cleaned up after themselves and make sure everything was back the way it was in the yard. I will be recommending you to everybody!

Great experience! Bill came out to give us a quote and was super nice. And Bruno and Brandon were our techs today and they were awesome too. They installed our new thermostat and replaced some ductwork that was old and damaged. Everything works perfectly now, and they were super friendly and professional. Great job all around—we’ll be using them in the future if we ever run into HVAC issues again! (I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped get us scheduled because she was super nice too!)

Wonderful service from beginning to end! My AC unit went out, and they called me back for an even quicker time to be seen. Russell D., was my technician. He was professional, prompt and friendly. He had the problem diagnosed, fixed quickly and with a fair price. I highly recommend 1st Choice Quality, and will definitely use them again!

Our AC went out on a Friday the first official day of summer! My neighbor recommended 1st Choice.. I’m so thankful he did. Damien was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had AC on the hottest weekend of the year. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and how we could improve efficiency. Highly recommend this company.

A top company. Always on time. They serviced our unit when it went out before. Came out on A Saturday with a days notice. Every technician we have had out for yearly service calls our very professional. Would not use another company. And we live a good ways from their home office. Today Russel Dennis came out. And replaced the contacts. Which was gladly caught before the rest of summer. They also do finance.. can't go wrong with this #1 company.

Brunno, Brandon, and Eric just installed our new unit. They arrived early, got it installed quickly, and were a delight to deal with. Super nice guys. Would definitely deal with them again. All 3 of them deserve a raise.

Jeff Havird came out to see what was going on with my air conditioner. He was very professional proficient and very knowledgeable at what he does. He had me up and going in no time even came earlier than my appointment time. I do recommend using First Choice Quality Heating And Air . Excellent customer service thank you again, Jeff.
