Daily rental is from the time of opening in the am until the close of business the same day, not 24hrs as other rental companies do.

In my work, I often arrange the rental of heavy equipment. Most of these companies, regardless of how wonderful they may be, charge additional fees for dropping off and picking up said equipment. This is often an additional $300 or more, added to the actual rental fees, regardless of whether the delivery and pick-up is 1 mile or 10 miles.. However, E&L Rentals did no such thing. I was amazed (shocked, actually) at the fees charged for a 1-day forklift rental....in a GOOD way! These folks were professional, friendly, and made me wish I could rent ALL my heavy equipment from them. Unfortunately, only a few of our projects are located in Marion, SC. That being said, if you're looking for a reputable rental company with which to do business, I HIGHLY recommend E&L Rentals and Hardware, Inc.

Rented a 1 man auger. It was a dinosaur. Every bit of 200 pounds. Got to job site & couldn't use it. The pull behind motor would ruin flower bed. Took it back after 15 minutes. They still charged me. NEVER CRANKED IT. THIS business is a joke. They will rip you off. Please never do business with these idiots. There has to be other places in marion to rent. If not take a short drive to sunbelt rentals in Florence. They treat you right.
