Set up rental 1 week in advance, showed up to find out I wasn't even on the schedule, 30 yrs in construction never had a rental place say" sorry mistakes happen". My client I'm sure will be satisfied with that answer.

Chris C in service is an outstanding person. He made the effort in helping us with our EZ38. Our local Wacker Neuson in Florida did not help at all and communication being the worst.

Usually have decent experience with these guys. Today was not the same. Called a week ago and reserved a skidsteer. Dude verified that I had a truck big enough to pull it and even went over the 8 hour policy for weekend rental. Walked in today to pick it up and he acted like I was making things up and had no reservation for me. Didn't offer a different solution or anything. Just sorry for your luck kind of attitude. Won't be using them again. You screwed up and then act like I'm at fault... yeh no thanks
