The installer arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Extremely quite accommodating staff.
I called A American Doors & Svc-SC Inc for a repair, and they responded promptly. Their technician was knowledgeable and courteous, fixing the issue efficiently. Great service!

Old lift assist spring broke. Jeff at the shop was able to talk me through identifying correct part models over the phone. Technician arrived in a timely manner. Springs were replaced, door serviced, now fully functional. Tech was very pleasant and professional. I will be using them for a new barndominium build my wife and I are putting up. Great company with fantastic employees.

Had an issue with my garage door. I called A American after receiving an unreasonable quote from another company that was recommended to me. A American was quick to respond, transparent from the beginning, and professional and thorough upon arrival. It turned out I did not need much of what the other company was trying to sell. The technician explained what was needed and charged me a fair price the repair. I highly recommend A American for fast, competent, and above all honest service.

Would not recommend this company at all. They need a new Commercial service supervisor. They Installed 3 new shop doors for my new shop and within a week had issue . Called once a week left messages with secretary and never got a return call back. Finally started to call every day till I got a answer from the commercial supervisor. 4 months I waited. 2 months later same issue and now going 2 weeks without a phone call back. Brand new shop less than a year old and nothing but problems. And can't get them to fix it. They also scratched one of the doors and was supposed to bring touch up paint still nothing. I also live less than 10 mins away from them. My suggestion is find another door company. I understand things happen but also expect a call back or information on when it will be fixed.
