Overall

I guess even though they say they're open Monday through Friday, don't bother calling on Friday every time I have since my generator installation they don't answer the phone or respond to voice mails. I don't believe they come in on Fridays. It's their business if they only want to work but 4 days a week, just don't say otherwise.

I bought a home with a nonworking generator. Thomas quickly established my problem was just a blown fuse and a lack of firmware updates. Thomas showed me how to run my system safely. Now I have backup power and peace of mind.
