Iam very happy with Rudd heating and air from the technician who did the diagnostic test . Technician who fix our heat air are very knowledgeable , very professional and very pleasant to talk with . And further more the owner itself is very pleasant and accommodating in anyway to please us as customer . Our experience as a whole is kind of treatment.very pleasant . I would recommend them in our family and friends . Oh ! Before I forget this company provide window air conditioning while they are fixing our heat and air . Never in our experience

We noticed that our unit was not keeping up with cooling our home over the past few days. Thought it was the heat, turned out it wasn't. Put in a service request with Rudd and they had a technician at the house the next morning. Brandon H. showed up and patched us up to keep us cool while we decide next steps. He was fantastic, answered all of my questions and provided excellent service. Highly recommend Rudd, and Brandon!

Great Prompt Service! ? I called this morning about my plumbing situation and Shaun was here within an hour. He explained everything that he was going to try and what the options were if there was a major problem. He showed me pictures he took and explained everything. He corrected the issue. (Rudd has a wonderful and professional approach - I received a text message before Shaun arrived, with his picture, letting me know he was on the way to my home.) I will use this company for my HVAC needs also.

Tankless heater went out on us. Being 16 years old we knew we wanted it replaced. Shaun arrived the same day we called at the agreed upon time. He thoroughly explained our options and prices, all were reasonable and what we were expecting. Shaun took his time and did an incredibly professional looking swap with the new water heater. Been around long enough to know when things look sloppy, you can count on so-so workmanship, not in this case. See the photo. Overall very pleased with the outcome, added bonus we now have almost instant hot water versus waiting a minute or two before the new tankless water heater. Highly recommend this company

We realized when we returned from an early lunch on Friday that our A/C was out. We called our usual company with whom we have a maintenance contract and they were going to charge us $170 just to come out, and they don’t discount their service call fee from the cost of the work to be done. So $170+ who knows how much? (So much for loyalty?) Oh and they’re not available today. Tomorrow at the earliest. I googled and found Rudd instead. Their service tech came out within two hours. Solved my issue and got me up and running. All for less than $170, for what it’s worth. Thanks Rudd! And Ed!

His level of detail, knowledge of the system, and professional attitude is a credit to this company. I asked a ton of questions and he had the answers to all of them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent installation experience.

10/10 recommend! Very fast, thorough, and informative. I called first thing this morning with a malfunctioning ac unit and by noon I had a working unit. Brandon went above and beyond to explain the issues and make sure I understood why my unit was malfunctioning. There were no hidden cost/fees and everything was well communicated and I knew exactly what to expect cost wise. I look forward to using Rudd for all my future plumbing, heating and air needs!

Very positive experience with Rudd! They came out quickly, gave us a reasonable quote and offered the best financing options of the 5+ companies we received quotes from for HVAC and ductwork replacement. They were professional and punctual, and kept us updated throughout the project as to where they were at and timeline. They scheduled us quickly and came out and got a huge job done in 12 hours, staying late to finish so we could have it operational that evening. Cannot say enough good things!
