We have been trying to get our yard together for two years with no success. I wish we would have found Angilo earlier. He took the time to educate us on what needed to be done and came out and completed the job faster than we thought.
Didn’t get much follow-up afterwards so I had to figure it out on my own
Completely disappointed in the service I received. First I had sod laid without it being rolled which resulted in horrible lumps which makes it impossible to cut. Next the contractor stained a $1500 concrete walkway red without telling me. Then to fix it I had to remove the stain and then it was re-stained with a dark gray stain. That stained lasted two weeks before chipping off. Lastly, we paid thousands for a retaining wall that had to be re-mortared several times and is chipping off once again. Unfortunately, I trusted this contractor with a very expensive job and was completely let down. I would not recommend at all unless there is a defined statement of work or contract for services.
In response to your post: I understand that you have to contradict everything because people read reviews before they call you but being honest you know that everything that I have in the pictures were left like that the moment your crew left. Your guy painted a $1500 sidewalk without telling me and your fix was to have me take the stain off and then you re-stain it with something that didn’t last two weeks after your crew left. I have tried to let it go, but with the retaining wall crumbling, I am fed up with the shotty work. As you may recall, I called and texted you consistently and you were always too busy so yes, I finally just gave up. I am sure it was an oversight on your behalf, but it’s only been a year and a month but yes after getting no where I gave up until now.

We had a terrible problem with our pool liner floating each time we had heavy rainfall. My wife found Landscape Innovations online. We called Angilo and he came out the next day. He recommend a French Drainage system. He gave us a quote and was out the next day and installed it before the next rain arrived. Since then we have had several rain events and our pool liner has not floated. Thank you so much Angilo for the quick response and great job! Sincerely, Johnnie and Kathy

Terrible experience. We called last minute and the only they did good was respond quickly. After that, all he did was take advantage of us. Charged us $2,800 for the work pictured. This is how he left our yard and says he did a great job? We asked for a drain to be installed to capture water to protect our shed, he did that. It started to rain and we told them the drain was in and to hold off on the rocks until the yard dried up, he insisted on finishing because HE was busy for the next couple weeks, not because we asked him to. When we called the next day asking for him to come fix his mess, he insisted they did good work and that we forced him to finish. We called a week later to follow up if he was going to finish his work, he said he did what we hired him to do and they did a great job. Obviously from the pictures you can see what a mess he left our yard, and destroyed our lawn. This guy is money hungry and does terrible business. His word means nothing and he will take advantage of you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Came out to give me quote on work to be done. Once crew showed up work was altered to less than agreed,, but still charged same price. Work done did not fix problems. In fact, I had to dig up drainage lines because: one they installed on neighbor's property and other drainage pipe backing up because of poor slope.
Do not hire this company!

Had thes guys come out and install sod, drainage and rock around my newly installed pool. They did great work and quickly responded to my concerns during the project. Everyone who comes to my house comments on how well the landscaping looks. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. I will definitely have them do more work around the house.
3 months after pool installation we had a massive rain storm. This caused water to build up behind the lining and damage the pool. These guys came out in the pouring rain to evaluate the problem and recommend a solution. Within a few days he had workers at my house and installing new drainage. I have had 0 water problems since.

Angelo and his team did an excellent job on our backyard. We had just had a pool installed, and the yard was a wreck. The installed irrigation, sod, mulch and stone. The end result was fantastic! They were on time and efficient. Easy to work with, great company.

We booked Landscape Innovations to redo our front beds and pour some gravel by the driveway for us to get our house ready to sell. We agreed on them spreading gravel, removing the bushes and plants we had in the front, planting some new stuff, and putting pine needles in the beds.
We were out of town when the work was done but when we returned we were not at all pleased with the results. They basically just dumped the gravel and ran it over a few times, made no effort to make any clean lines for the edges at all. There were driveway spots that were completely bare next to piles of gravel on the front walk. To top it off, they completely tore up the front yard in multiple places while doing the gravel and pine needles up there.
I also mentioned they were to pull our existing plants and replace them with new ones. The new plants look fine, no complaint there. But every spot they dug up an old plant they just left the hole there and covered it with pine needles. I nearly twisted my ankle stepping in a huge hole in the ground while I was fixing them. At that point I walked the entire front and saw they left them all just as holes covered by pine needles. They made almost zero effort in cleaning the front line of the beds either. There was one row of bricks that were there previously. They didn't even clean it enough to see those. Actually they didn't even clean off the front porch after making a mess of it while laying pine needles. There were needles all over the front steps and the entire length of the porch, all put there by them.
Its funny because the owner said be would send us a picture once it was all done and we never received one. After seeing the place in person I understand why he didn't want to send one, it looked terrible. I have reached out to the company multiple times the past few days trying to get some feedback on this issue and they are completely ignoring us. We paid over $2400 for this and feel we did not get even half of our money's worth. If I had to guess I would say they spent no more than 45 minutes to an hour there and just got the job done as quickly as possible with no care for our property.
Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves and we can save some other folks the hassle of dealing with this company. I wish we would have gone with someone else who would actually stand by their work instead of taking our money and running.

My husband and I received an estimate to get a parking lot installed in the back of our business. My husband contacted the owner to ask additional questions, because we were comparing other estimates. The next morning the owner started the job before we agreed to go with him. When I came outside he had already dug up our grass. Neither of us approved the estimate, so we were clueless to them coming that day. When I told the owner this he said that two other jobs fell through and his assistant was suppose to contact us, but we were not contacted. He still could have come inside to let me know before he started. My husband and I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, because he had already started. When my husband got to our business that evening he called the owner, because he saw that they had dug pass where they were supposed to go, it looked rushed in several spots, our new fence was damaged, and it felt like we were walking on sand. The owner got defensive and said it is not sand and it will harden. He also said that the parking lot is perfect and it won't get any better. The next morning it was raining, and the parking lot was extremely muddy, so my husband called and left a message that we were stopping payment on the check until corrections were made.The owner called my husband and was extremely unprofessional. My husband refused to argue with him, so when he was done having his tantrum my husband reiterated that we stopped payment on the check until he made things right.The owner promised to put down grass seed the next day, but never showed. He called me about a week later asking me why we stopped payment as if he didn't already know. I told him we would release payment as soon as corrections were made. He even had his daddy come to our business and we told him the same thing. We have given them time to make things right, but we are still left with a mess. When it is dry we are left with tire marks in the sand, and it is muddy when it rain. We also have grass coming through, because they did not put down a fabric barrier. Our property looked much better before they touched it. They still have not made any attempts to make corrections. To add insult to injury, he tried to have me prosecuted saying that I wrote a bad check. It was quickly thrown out when I showed evidence that the money is in the account, proof of conversions that we would release the check as soon as corrections were made, and several pictures. We did not want to handle it this way, but this is what we are left with. My husband and I tried to give them the opportunity to make it right.
