Overall I would not recommend this cleaning company. Things should be done well the first time. When I reached out to Maid Pure, I inquired about specific areas that I wanted cleaned. I was told that they could and would leave a list for the person cleaning, which is why I hired them. I then filled out an intake form with the company where they asked if I needed them to show up on time or if I had flexibility. I explicitly stated that in order to get to work on time I would need them to arrive at the time they said they would, at 8:30 am. On the day of the cleaning the cleaner showed up an hour late. I contacted the company at 9 am and they had to reach out to the person to then let me know they would be a little longer. When the cleaner arrived, I left her a handwritten list that I had emailed to the company just in case there was miscommunication. Although some areas were deep cleaned like I asked, other areas on the list were missed such as the ceiling fans in two rooms and windows in the second bedroom. Additionally, things that should have been obvious when cleaning like vacuuming the carpet in the bedroom I noted for a deep cleaning and dusting/cleaning the shelf in the laundry room that was at eye level were not done. When Maid Pure followed up with me on my feedback 2 days later, they asked if I wanted them to come back to clean, which they normally do within 24 hours per their policy. I declined because I had guests over at that point. As this was my first time working with this company, I am surprised by the carelessness Maid Pure displayed.

We had an amazing experience the first time our house was cleaned. It smelled wonderful and all of the heavy lifting cleaning was done that we don’t have a lot of time for during the week. We can’t for our house to be cleaned again!

It was such a relief to have our house cleaned without the harsh chemicals. We have a new baby in the home so cleaning the house has felt almost impossible the last couple of months. Angie lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders. She was on time and moved around the house based on where the baby was napping. We will definitely be using Maid Pure again.
