As a tile industry professional for over 25 years, my expectations can be extremely high. Chris Powers is a true artist. He is meticulous; he listened to my thoughts and worked as a partner to bring my vision to life! My project was very intricate - a marble mosaic kitchen backsplash, a marble mosaic staircase, 16” x 48” tiles in a tub surround, and a small mosaic dining room splash. His attention to detail and his creativity set him apart from any other tile installer I have ever used in my personal home. I cannot thank him enough his incredible workmanship! I highly recommend him, and look forward to working with him on my next tile project!
I highly recommend Chris! His work is spectacular, professional, personalized, and extremely well done. He works hard and takes his time to ensure everything is done correctly and precisely. Do not look any further, and if he is booked out, WAIT, do not use anyone else! Chris is also very personable which makes him a pleasure to work with. Chris Powers did a great job on our master bath remodel. We are so happy with our shower, cabinets, granite and tile. In addition, he framed our existing large bathroom mirror and painted for us. We cannot say enough good things about Chris. Everything is perfect.
Chris is so nice. He made my appointments to select hardware, tile and granite and helped with the selections. He was always on time and dependable. I feel so lucky that he was recommended to me.

Our experience with Chris was exceptional from start to finish. He was extremely reliable and showed up when he said he would. The quality of our backsplash is a testament to his exceptional craftsmanship. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. Chris and his team exceeded our expectations. We had our guest bathroom remodeled with new tile, vanity, paint, and shower. They were meticulous and precise with everything and didn’t leave until the job was completed to their standard. I would highly recommend Coastal Tile Works to anyone who is looking for a high quality remodel.

We didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do with our master bathroom, but we knew we needed a HUGE change. Chris came in and took our few ideas, and completely turned our suggestions into an absolute dream! We would tell him things we thought would look good, he would add his input, and he would run with it. We put our absolute trust in him from day one and never looked back. He was extremely trustworthy, anytime we had a question he responded immediately, he was so honest with us when we came to him with any concerns, and he simply made us feel like we were his number one client for the entire time he worked with us. His work is beautiful, and we find ourselves staring at our bathroom completely in awe that we finally have the room of our dreams! His professionalism is top notch, and we highly recommend anyone to call on him for home upgrades. You will not be disappointed!

Chris gave very good advice on improvements. He was very accommodating to changes, went the extra mile and paid close attention to detail all in a very professional manner.

Recently, I had Chris replace my fiberglass tub/shower combos with tiled, step-in showers. He also updated the plumbing and added safety bars. The showers turned out beautifully! They look like a photo in a home magazine! I am so pleased! We left him with our key and had complete trust in him. He communicated with us while we were away and cleaned up after his work was done.
In addition to his recent work, nine years ago, Chris tiled the entire floor of our one-level, U-shaped house in a continuous wood grain pattern. He had to go in and out of rooms with no breaks in the flooring. He started out on the far side of the house and by the time he got to the other side, the tiles were still completely lined up and straight with the walls! Unbelievable! He is so precise with his measurements.
I would highly recommend Chris for any tile work! What a great guy!

Chris did a complete remodel of our Master bath, including totally gutting and reworking it. He installed a very large shower and a new linen closet. Installed tile on walls and flooring and new quartz vanity.
He is clean, thoughtful, and really knows what he’s doing!
We couldn’t be happier with his work and would highly recommend him.
