Customer service in this tile store needs some improvement. They expect to only wait on people who have appointments. They seem to resent those who walk in off the street. Maybe they found that customers with appointments tend make purchases more often than customers without appointments. Whatever their mindset, it does not look good for Daltile. The sales staff should realize you cannot pre-judge customers. They should just be grateful they showed up. Thanks.
Was able to find a tile there that I couldn't find anywhere else. Very accommodating staff...easy to work with.

At this location, Sean and Samantha are my go to people, knowledgeable and efficient I’m in and out of there if you’re looking for Tile in the low country, this is the place to go

Our contractor sent us here, we walked in without an appointment, Diane was very helpful. We found all the tile and flooring we needed, our new bathroom is beautiful!

Even though we didn't have appointment, Diane was able to help us make a few quick decisions before her appointment came in.

If you have a delivery here,the doocks are at the back of the building,they have 2 docks, only second one is for using,the first one is not good. The space is tight,the cars in the midlle are not making the parking any easier. Few of the people were nice and moved their cars from the middle and then it was a lot easier to park it. In and out in 30 min.

I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged by the staff.
I get having to have an appointment, but common courtesy would have been nice. It only takes a second to acknowledge someone.

Yes, we made an appointment as we were instructed to do by our installer. Met with Diane. She was very helpful in the selection process. There is a lot to choose from, but we quickly narrowed down our choices with Diane's expert help.

Great selection and products but salesperson, Diane Bolger, was rude and obnoxious. She needs to rethink her career in sales since she is not a nice person. Still have two more bathrooms to remodel and I will not purchase my tiles at this location because of her.
