Highly recommend Shoreline Flooring. Measurements were taken and the carpet ordered well in advance was stored free of charge at Shoreline Flooring’s warehouse.
Barbara repeatedly gave us 100% rock solid advice and truly delivered by muscling and using her industry influence to have her preferred, exceptionally talented carpet installer for the project because the carpet has a complex repeat pattern. And WOW!!
Such a beautiful, professional installation. It is simply stunning. We are thrilled and will not hesitate to return to Shoreline Flooring for all future flooring projects. Thank you!!!
I am so grateful for Brandon at Shoreline!! We had a flood in our daughters room, and had to rip the entire carpet up!!! I wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU and shout out to Brandon Burroughs of Shoreline Flooring. We just built a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house in the Dye Estates in North Myrtle Beach SC. Brandon helped us from selecting the flooring for the entire house , helping us design all 4 bathrooms, they did our fireplace and helped us with other home ideas. Brandon had some pictures to show me, we came back a few times for selection, and his customer service is Outstanding, He has great follow through and he cares. His team did an OUTSTANDING job on the installation and my friends are constantly telling me how beautiful it all looks. I appreciate you Brandon and I love the products that Shoreline offers and I appreciate your help, patience and the Results.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Natalie and the staff from Shoreline. The carpet installers were very professional and great to work with as well.

Very disappointed
in your customer service. Visited store in Myrtle Beach 2 days in a row. Both times spent 15-20 minutes looking at samples, but could not get an associate to help me. Too interested I'd looking at their PCs!!

Was recommended by this place from a neighbor, but never again. Sales person lady was very nice at first but rude and kinda pushy once she knew I was going through shoreline. Installer was also not good. He left a couple details unfinished to where he had to come back and repair. He should have done it right the first time.

This place is amazing! Tony helped us pick out new flooring for our home as we were replacing engineered hard wood. He was very patient with us as we debated between LVP, engineered hardwood & Laminate. Scheduling was easy and they removed the old flooring and replaced the flooring in 2 days! This was a large living area, dining room & large master bedroom! The workers were prompt, professional and did a wonderful job! The cost was reasonably priced compared to 2 other vendors. The product was high quality including the installed vapor barrier! I plan on eventually replacing carpet in the two guest rooms and this is the only place I would co wider! Highly recommended!

We live in Market Common area. Just had our master bedroom and closet floors redone by Shoreline Flooring. Carpet was replaced with engineered wood to floors to match the rest of the house. Barbara at Shoreline found the exact floor material to match what we needed. Two man crew with Ricky did an amazing install in one day. Would definitely use them again. Perfect job, fast at fair price. - Jeff H
