My air stopped working when it was very hot out. Unfortunately, I was out of town until the end of the week. I called to see if they could possibly get me on the schedule for when I got home. They said they would pray that it was something small and inexpensive to fix. They had someone go out the very same day and check it (my neighbor has a key). I asked if they work with my "home warranty company" and they did not. But... they called the warranty company and got everything started with the company. By the time I got home on Friday, my air was repaired and it was 72 degrees in my house. I went down to pay them and only owed my warranty deductible (even though they had to make an extra trip to my house). I will never call anyone else.

Joey was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.The issue was diagnosed quickly and priced very fairly. Found simple burned wire terminals on a/c and didnt take me to the cleaners. Highly recommend. Thanks!!

The tech that came out today was Jason. He was on time and very professional. Did the spring/summer check on my mom's A/C-heat pump unit and also replaced her old thermostat with a new digital one.
Was very easy to contact the office and mom and I are both very please with their service. Will definitely will be contacting them for any issues with her system.

Mark and Joey from Air Professionals SC were very thorough and professional in servicing my 2 heat pumps and air handler systems. Went over entire worksheets on both systems line by line explaining what was done. Will definitely use again for maintenance and service…excellent technician and company!
