Let me start by saying that the shopping experience was good and the staff were very helpful. I picked out what I wanted and the installers showed up when they were supposed to, but when they pulled up the marijuana smoke was so thick coming out of the van it nearly knocked me down. I had already moved everything out of the bedroom where I wanted the new carpet installed. We went over everything and I left to go to the store. I was gone maybe 45 minutes to an hour and when I got back they were putting the furniture back. I went out and looked into the van and I asked them where the old carpet was. They told me that they put the new carpet over the top of the musty old carpet and I asked them why. I really couldn’t get a straight answer out of them. The pot was pretty good I guessed. They said they would take care of it but they had to go to another job. I called the business and they sent a supervisor over and I guess it was like they didn’t believe me. He came in and pulled up a small corner and there it was the old carpet under the brand new carpet. This was during the pandemic and the supervisor said someone would be out to take the new carpet back up and remove the nasty old carpet and put the new pad in and reinstall the new carpet. Nothing ever happened so I made a few more phone calls and still I was told that it would be taken care of. It never happened and now I guess I’m just stuck with a lousy unacceptable carpet install with the old carpet under the new one. I’m really not happy about the whole installation and every time I see a carpet wholesalers ad on TV it really burns me up. Hopefully one day before I’m dead they’ll come straighten this mess out, but it’s not looking good. I’m gonna try again to here whatever they tell me and if I get nowhere with it then a friend suggested calling an attorney. I went through and made some more measurements because I have some more work I want done, but now I’m really hesitant about calling them. Maybe I’m wrong but don’t you put new carpet in to replace the old carpet? Hmmmm. The pandemic being over now hopefully that can’t be an excuse but the lack of help may be who knows. I’ll try one more time to have this corrected and if I get nowhere then I’ll take my friends advice and get someone else involved.
We had a runner installed on our stairs and I can't say enough! The process was extremely smooth, Amy was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. Gabriel did such an amazing job with the install, he was quick/efficient and made sure we were satisfied during the entire process. The pictures speak for themselves but highly recommend and will work with Carpet Wholesalers again in the future!

Such an easy decision going with Carpet Wholesalers after 3 other quotes from other business’. They had lots of inventory to choose from, could install a week later, and great pricing with financing options. We worked with Amy who was amazing. She was very professional, friendly, and very fast at responding. Sullay did our install and was fast, hardworking, and professional. He always kept a line of communication with us AND showed up right on time! Thanks so much!
