While we were out of town, we received an urgent call about an issue with our elevator. It turned out to be a user error, but with my sister relying on it, we needed it fixed immediately. We reached out to Alchemy and they were incredibly responsive and understanding of our situation. To our immense relief, they sent someone out the very next morning. Cam was not only prompt but also exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in no time. We are so grateful for their quick and efficient service, especially considering the circumstances. Alchemy truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was back to normal. We highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and reliability.

We have had ongoing problems with our elevator since it was installed in our new house in 2015 by Coastal Elevator. Out of frustration, I reached out to Alchemy Elevator,. who was highly recommended by the manufacturer. Cam did an outstanding job getting our system back in shape. It has never worked better. I will never let another company touch our equipment again. Look no further.

Cam and the whoke alkemy team (brett and mike) are the best! I had an old elevator that need to be replaced and they did an amazing job! It was a more complicated and difficult job than we all expected but they never complained and delivered great work! I would recommend them to anyone! Super honest and extremely professional!

Our builder "forgot" to order the elevator for our new construction house, creating a bit of a crisis. Alchemy saved us! We needed the elevator in the new house to accommodate grandparents and a 130lb dog that no longer could do stairs. Alchemy was amazing through the entire process from quote to installation in an unprecedented amount of time, reducing the average time by 5 weeks! Their rapport with the manufacturing helped compress the time, and the installation was done with actual care and integrity for doing the job right. This is the best company in the Charleston area for providing and servicing elevators!
