I enjoyed working with Wes. He seemed very knowledgeable and I’m not sure why the other two reviews are bad, my neighbors on Daniel Island referred CHE (Wes) to me. Very pleased with hus install crews.

Signed contract in Spring of 23 and still do not have elevator as of March 24. Have paid over $19,000. They sent a change order to increase install price months after contract had been signed and the deposit and elevator cost had been paid. Rarely returns phone calls and cancels appointments. Now wants to handle situation by returning our money minus a restocking fee of a product (elevator) that we never received. Shady. After deposit, encountered delays. Very difficult to get anyone on phone. Contact number goes to Wes Young—who went missing after deposits were made—with rumors of “money missing” from the only employee we could speak with afterwards. Delays resulted in higher install costs than quoted. Does not do own installation or service—this company provides parts only. Elevator not working after two weeks. No BBB rating. Would most definitely not recommend.
