Couldn't be more pleased with my elevator repair. David came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and let me know when it came in. Yesterday, he came back to do the repair and the elevator worked perfectly. David was very knowledgeable, super easy to work with and I appreciate his top notch work. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you so much Port City Elevator!

Port City has been extremely responsive for any elevator repairs that have arisen over the past 15 years of service to us. While my husband had illnesses that made it impossible for him to climb stairs, they were always extremely responsive our needs and we were never without service for more than 24 hours even on weekends and holidays. One couldn't ask for better service.
