Insanely poor service, elevators out for months because they aren't prepared. Showing up with the wrong belts and parts all the time. Slow response time. Have your lawyer look at the contract and try to find an out with them if you can. Stay away.

A very frustrating company to get a hold of to follow up on issues. My ONLY elevator has now been down for a month and I can't get a hold of anyone, or a call back from the voicemails that I leave, for updates on when an engineer will be coming out.

Attempted to use their repair services twice and they clearly don’t want to work. Elevator repair companies are in such demand here and it’s very unfortunate they are not a service oriented company.
