Their loading dock crew is lazy. I went to call in parts the day before so they'd be ready. When I get there I had to wait 1 hour before they finally brought it out. All their crew in the loading dock was standing there and talking.

I'm am so blown away at the kindness and generosity of these wonderful human beings!!! My tub handle broke off and destroyed my morning and somehow these guys were able to get me what I needed to repair and replace it AND simultaneously get me to smile and calm down. What a team!!! I am a huge fan of this place and these employees. Well done!

I was late with my delivery due to truck issues and a few wrecks but the guys there got me in and unloaded in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. I was able to make my next pickup on time.

Christy and the team at Winnelson are fantastic! She is so knowledgable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with; we are so grateful to have her expertise as we built our custom home! She guided us to great choices that look beautiful and funtion perfectly in our new house! Don't go anywhere else!
