My father-in-law is a well-known and respected contractor in the low country and he recommended Mr. Hughes to complete an inspection on a property we were interested in purchasing. In addition to performing a detailed and thorough inspection, he was eager to answer any questions while completing the inspection. After the inspection was complete, he sat down, provided a synopsis of what the report would entail and ensured there were no outstanding concerns. The report was emailed in a very timely fashion and included photographs associated with each documented issue/concern. If future inspection services are needed, I WILL utilize his services again and would recommend anyone needing an inspection to do the same.
