I’ve worked for Castle Keepers for almost 6yrs..I definitely feel like we’re one BIG FAMILY..If anyone who LOVES to clean and has a Great personality this would be a Great cleaning company to work for.
Castle Keepers CHARLESTON are the worst company to work for. They will lie to there customers, steal from there employees, cut hours from employees, and do anything to save a few bucks. ORVETTA AND LATIESHA are the worst managers they could possibly have working for them. They WILL lie to customers and employees. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR CLEANING NEEDS. IF I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

Overall we were disappointed with the service we booked. The house was completely empty at the time and needed to be prepped for move-in following a renovation. The areas in the photos I would expect to be vacuumed with a soft bristle. There was a large amount of construction dust left around the entire house. The sections that did get cleaned looked satisfactory but once I went back to clean the trim, mantle, cabinet fronts, and wainscoting ledges, the floors had to be cleaned again, negating the work they did in the kitchen and dining. Maybe we should have shared more instruction ahead of time but these are items I assumed were standard for the type of cleaning we booked. Someone reached out about coming back to go over the areas that were missed but once I explained that I already had to do it myself because furniture was being moved in and had no need for a post-construction cleaning, they never responded. I am always hesitant about booking third-party cleaning services for this very reason. I was trying to cut out some of the last minute work for ourselves and ended up dragging it out.
