My wife and I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Get Steamed Carpet Cleaners through our apartment complex, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
They were scheduled (over a month ahead of time) to clean our carpet while we were at work on January 5th. When my wife got home before me, she informed me that our carpet was soaking wet and that she saw the Get Steamed van being towed away from our apartment complex. Since we had no idea what was going on, we both called the manager, Cassandra, who informed us that the van and carpet cleaning broke down and that there was nothing they could do until "first thing the next morning". As frustrating as this was, especially because we had moved all of our furniture into our kitchen for the cleaning, there was really nothing we could do.
The next day rolls around, and my wife gets home from work to find that nobody has come by to clean our carpet...like WHAT!
The van finally shows up, does a half a$$ed 20 minute "cleaning" and leaves without a word.
Throughout this whole experience, nobody reached out or called us back...we had to just keep calling the "manager".
So here we are on a Friday night with a soaked carpet that is NOT clean and smells absolutely horrendous, with all of our furniture unable to be moved back in since they came so late to "clean".
I have never taken the time in my life to post a negative review about a company, but I feel like I could write a novel about how bad our experience was. DO NOT have these people clean your carpet. I have NO IDEA how this company has any positive reviews, I am assuming that they are fake because they are absolutely horrible.
