Our contractor paid our first year of termite service. We paid a year in advance to continue the service when that expired. When the technician arrived we asked that the traps not be in the section where are dog goes out. He said the office would contact us. About a week later we get a cancellation of Service Letter cancelling our service. I have called the office 3 times and only get vm, asking where is my refund if you cancelled a service I paid for, and never received. It's been a month and no refund. Not a very credible company. Buyer Beware
