I was reading reviews for plumbers on yelp to select a service for my home. I came across a glowing review for Mr. Rooter and specifically, Lee, the plumber who came to the homeowner’s house to fix a toilet problem two previous companies did not resolve. The problem sounded so much like my own that I Called Mr. Rooter and requested Lee to provide the service. He showed up on time, Diagnosed and Fixed my problem. He Definitely lived up To the promise. Lee was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I greatly appreciate. I would have no problem using Mr. Rooter again!

Zack did a fantastic job. We had roots growing in through a pipe crack near the road. He got our drain going and told me how to repair things long team. I couldn’t ask for better drain service. I highly recommend him for anything concerning poor functioning drains.

Had a filling toilet tank that only released water if I flushed each time it threatened to overflow. Mr. Rooter took my call right away without placing me on hold. They suggested a quick temp fix to prevent flooding until they could make the service call. The tech arrived as promised, had the part, and got it fixed in about 10 minutes. Very relieved & pleased with the good service!

Called Mr. Rooter after needing to replace my water heater, my brother kept "forgetting" to help me. They came out within an hour, quoted me a price (HAPPY to pay the $95 service fee), and went straight to work! In the end, they waived the service fee! Very happy and will continue to use for all my plumbing needs!

Company techs were polite, knowledgable, and upfront about diagnosis and fees. Mr. Rooter was out to the house is less than an hour from my call.

Mr Rooter was wonderful!! They replaced our hot water heater the day it broke. I was in a panic with a newborn baby. They came to the rescue and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend.

Very prompt and courteous service from Lauren (office staff) and Tyler (technician).
Tyler is very knowledgeable in the installation of the water heater. All questions were answered and he made sure we understood his explanations. In addition, he took time to show us how to set the temperature gage, if necessary.
Thank you Mr. Rooter for having a professional staff who understands a customers needs.
