THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Dependable, punctual, and responsive! They came here asap and Darion Watkins did an amazing job. He got everything done efficiently and effectively. Such a nice guy! Preferred Home Services is incredible!!!!
How does this business have an almost perfect 5 star review status?
1. They sent out a plumber out when I needed an electrician. Okay we are all human, it happens.
2. I was told it would be 59 dollars for the repairman to come out. Then the price changed to 297 dollars for the diagnostic fee. Since I obviously did not know what was wrong and needed my light fixed
we paid the fee. 300 hundred dollars is a bit much to replace a 4 dollar light switch in less than 15 minutes.
Don't get me wrong the electrician was very nice and showed up on time but I feel like this business took advantage of us. I believe in charging a fair price for the job but this was ridiculous.

The company reached out to me and made it right. I'm happy with the compromise.

I am so happy my friend told me about Preferred Home Services! They are a Godsend! Our air conditioner company went out of business. I wasn't sure what to do as far as getting cleanings, maintenance, etc. I have a friend who works for Preferred and told me about them. Everything was easy from setting up the appointment to getting our units serviced. Nick was our repair person. He was professional, nice, on time, and got everything working well again. We discovered the former company we had used did not do proper cleanings, so our unit was working overtime. It is nice to know we have an honest, professional company we can count on now. Thank you, Lindsay, for telling me about the wonderful company your work for! We are so thankful!
