Greg and Kay did an amazing job working with us and our contractor to identify what we liked and what we were trying to do with our kitchen. It just so happened he was working on getting a new design of quartz in stock called Calacatta Arizona, he showed us some pictures and we thought it would be perfect. Since he didn't have it in stock yet he arranged for us to look at some in person with his friend at another business. Once we gave the final green light, they got it installed less than a week later, it looks even better than what we could have hoped for! They even got it done with our two crazy doggos barking at them from the next room!
Incredible!! Universal made this such an easy and delightful experience, and was able to get our entire kitchen done within one week of contacting them! The final product is incredible. The team worked cleanly and efficiently during the installation, and were so helpful during the planning process as well. After doing significant research before choosing this company for our remodel, I'm so glad we ended up with Universal!! Greg and his team are top notch and I can't recommend them enough.

They have done two bathrooms, closet island snd just finished my laundry room. By far the best company I’ve ever worked with. They are professionals and the employees are fantastic to work with. My laundry room is beautiful!!
