Jesse Churchill from the solar department came to do a solar assessment on our home. I would absolutely recommend Jesse to anyone considering solar panels. He is extremely thorough but not pushy. We have sales people for various solar companies in our neighborhood on almost a weekly basis and they typically make me uncomfortable. I felt totally at ease with Jesse inspecting our home and doing an energy review. He was very honest with us about the cost and the benefits. Ultimately, we decided it wasn't the best fit for us right now and Jesse was very kind and professional. If we do decide we want panels in the future, we will definitely be contacting Mr. Churchill.
Horrible experience since upgrade. wanted to upgrade to security cameras. new cameras and new main station. install was horrible. the 'professional' installer drilled a hole from our bedroom that penetrated the exterior wall, so there is a hole on the side of my house that i see every time i go to my backyard. installer moved some bedroom furniture and pretty much dismantled the bedframe to get to an outlet, and left the room destroyed and his body odor lingered for well over a day.
camera notification system is horrible, i have it set to only notify if a PERSON is in view. about 15 responses a night... for a leaf, or a bug, or that my vehicle, which has not moved is there.
we had at least 2 occurrences where the alarm had gone off with no response from ADT or authorities. so it seams that i'm paying a monthly bill for a siren. I requested to cancel and was requested to pay a HEFTY bill for a system that as described above, doesn't do well at all. I would not recommend them.

We had an issue with our system and called ADT for service. The response time was within 36 hours of our call. The Tech was knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly. Reggie offered some advice for greater protection, before leaving, but never tried to push additional service. We enjoyed the request we made for service and service call in our home.

We just closed and are moving into our new home which is a new construction. The chaos of a new build home is exhausting. This is, in large part, from dealing with issues that are caused by/supposedly handled by a number of separate vendors and subcontractors. By the time we closed on the house and were getting calls from ADT to set up our home security system, husband and I were both pretty exhausted by the process. Of course, big communication breakdown and failed promises from another security competitor as well as husband's and my conflicting work schedules created additional disincentives.
When we finally got around to scheduling the appointment, I was partially dreading it. I wasn't really excited to work with another salesperson trying to push this product or another and swindle us into overpaying for something we didn't really need.
Fortunately for us, ADT sent Steve! He was easy going, polite, respectful and an amazingly calming presence throughout the whole process. He took the time to talk about ADT's history and their business practices as well as discuss practical advantages and disadvantages of ADT products as it would likely affect our lifestyle. Further, I was very impressed by ADT's prices. I had braced myself to hear much larger numbers and was surprised by the affordability of installation and monthly fees considering the service offered.
The promise of quality products and consistent support was a big factor for us as well as the variety of security options offered. However, if I can be very honest, what really sealed this sale for us was Steve. He knowledgeably answered all questions and addressed all concerns.
I'm not saying that we would never have bought into ADT if it were any other sales person! The service/products seem to fit our lifestyle needs/wants. However, I do want to give credit where credit is due. This was the most relaxing, easy going, and almost pleasant sales experience my husband and I have had in quite some time.
And if I had known that this appointment would be as painless and informative as it was, I would have scheduled it much sooner!

Angela Herbaugh was the agent. She did a fantastic job of explaining the different levels of securities. I was not planning on getting a system originally. Angela explained how a motion sensor can take care of a large area thereby eliminating the need for some window/door sensors. This reduced the cost of the overall installation. Very happy with the technician during the install showing me all the details. I had some questions after the install as how can I do this.... A phone call was sufficient to walk me through the system and answer my questions. Very satisfied with ADT
