My family has been loyal customers of Coastal Burglar Alarm for years, so when it was time to find a security system for my home there was no question about who we would contact. Mr. Eykyn was quick to respond and set up technicians to come set up our system. The technicians, Andrew and Barry, were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would give Coastal more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent company and service!

My family and our business have used Coastal for probably around 30 years and will never switch companies. Whenever you call, there are no computers or prompts to go thru-you actually get to speak to a live person who you have probably spoken with before. They know you and remember you and care. Their service and product is top notch! You will not regret doing business with Coastal!

We have been with Burglar Alarm for about a year. The system is really good and easy to use. Everyone there is really nice and very helpful. We recently had to have a sensor replaced due to a door replacement in our home. Amber was very great helping me on the phone with programming our panel. Brian came out to get us back on track. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them

My wife and I have been with Coastal Burglar Alarm for over two years now, and we have had nothing but first class service from them! We initially had the basic package installed, but since we have added to our security system. Each time we add a new feature, they are prompt to install the new devices. I feel safer at night whether I'm home or out of town, because Coastal Burglar Alarm is there for me. I highly recommend them!
