So I have insulted the young lady in the accounting department because she read to me what the contract says about renewing the contract. I did not renew the contract we canceled the contract which had already expired 2.5 years ago. So why are we getting billed for a contract that was already fulfilled.

After being out of town, you come home to find a porch door wide open. After multiple attempts to contact Sonitrol to schedule service, it is now FOUR days later without a response from Sonitrol. I hope they're better for emergencies...

I called in the ask a general question about my account. Pam took my call and not only did she resolve my issue but she addressed every single concern I had and may have. Pam wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the way Sonitrol treats its clients as well as making sure I had a pleasurable experience.
