I asked if there was a fee for diagnostic and what it was, lady on the phone said no it was a free estimate. I said that was great. Had to leave out of town, spent money to get a lock for the door for the electrician (Sydney) to come. He came, and came in then called then said diagnostic is $175. Definitely not what we discussed, and definitely not free. He left my light on in the kitchen and the outside. I was out of town for 5 days so that’s more money wasted. Horrible service and communication.
