My wife and I had researched several door and window companies in the Horry County / Marion County area of SC and decided to pay a visit to Matt and his team at Window&Door LLC. From the first stop by their facility in NMB we were greeted with a professional and positive experience. This experience continued through the entire process from the preliminary discussion, Matt visiting our home to discuss our needs and ideas, his professional approach to servicing our purchase, the continued communication through the process to completion and the communication through the installation process. This isn’t the average installation being a log home and requiring a personal, professional approach with skill. Giannis and his team showed up as told they would and got to work on the doors and windows. Through the process there was continued communication to ensure work was meeting our expectations and exceeding them. The team professionally removed the old doors and windows, installed the new and kept a clean organized work zone throughout the process. We would highly recommend Matt, his company and team. Looking forward to the next project they will tackle, and we will surely report back on it.

Review: Elton & his companion arrived when expected, were extremely courteous and professional. The task involved more carpentry work than he expected, and he and his companion were up for the task. Elton suggested a wider wood frame than the one provided in order to better accommodate the space around our door; I agreed, and he drove to nearby Lowes store to purchase it. He thoroughly explained the mechanics of both door operations. The area was vacuumed and tidy when they left & the truck crew returned the next day to pick up leftover materials. My experience with Windows & Doors LLC team was A++ from beginning to end and the new doors are fabulous! Matthew was prompt, professional and down to earth he told us it would be know problem putting windows in our existing porch. He came through!! He sent Gianni to do the install. They need to keep him and Alex. Prompt, professional, helpful! They did a meticulous job with the work and cleaning up! I was fixing my lawnmower and Gianni saw I was struggling and offered to help, WHAT??? Who does that any more. I offered to help Alex and he refused stating it was his job to make me happy! Our experience with Window & Door was top notch. We were comfortable with Matthew coming to our home to measure for our two patio doors. The process of ordering the doors and scheduling for the installation was easy. The office staff were also very responsive to texts and emails. Their installation crew was beyond fantastic, thorough, efficient and made sure to clean up as they went. Before leaving they explained how to operate the keypad and locks. We love our new doors.

Taking no breaks, they worked tirelessly to remove our existing windows and install French doors leading out to our pool (before and after pics attached). I had two large (3 panel) hurricane proof sliders installed. The two guys who did the install (Yanis and his brother Alex) did an outstanding job and were great communicating not only the installation plan but they also called each morning to confirm their arrival time. They were very neat and organized and had both sliders installed on the first day. The second day was used to do the final install of the screens and hardware as well as any remaining caulking. They left my home very clean and we very respectful of the property. I would recommend this company. Matt was excellent and the quoting process was great. He came to do the final inspection and hand carried some touch up paint if it’s ever needed in the future!!
