Justin always goes the extra mile & accommodates our schedule! He’s respectful & an asset to Old South!!
I would like to recognize the hard work and dedication that our Technician Justin puts in every time for our quarterly visit. Since we transitioned to Old South Exterminators as our new pest control has amazed me that Justin being the technician reaches out to schedule our Quarterly, instead of the office staff. I find that that unusual!
Justin is very patient, knowledgeable and courteous, always asks for questions or concerns. Justin definitely goes above and beyond with his work.

Chris always gives us the VIP treatment when he comes to service our home. Remembers us on a personal level and goes the extra mile when he doesn’t have to. 5 stars for Chris!!

I am so pleased with Old South Exterminators! The service is exactly what you want! Our Technician, Deak, is professional and thorough. Inside and outside we never have any insect problems.

I have a squirrel that took up residence in my soffit, without the benefit of paying rent! Bo was extremely helpful, educational and professional in helping me move forward with the eviction of this pest! Also, Bo was able to come here in 2 days, when other companies were several weeks wait time. Thank you Old South Exterminators!

Chris Dunn was so kind and knowledgeable. He explained in great detail the initial service as well as yearly and continuous prevention treatments. He went above and beyond making sure the spider webs were taking care of. Also made sure he explained the safety precautions for my toddler and dog. Overall great service and so kind. Highly recommend Chris!

I was happy to see Deak at my door today for an interim indoor & outdoor pest treatment. He's always punctual, professional & friendly! Thanks also to the office for getting me scheduled and calling me when an opening came up before my appointment. I appreciate the quality customer service!

Would truly recommend this company. I had a wasp problem that was affecting my outside well pump. I called a couple different companies needing someone to come out that day, because I had no water in my house. Melissa who answered the phone was extremely helpful, by calling a tech to see if he could come by, he was there within an hour and I now have water. And to top it off they were a whole lot cheaper then the other places I called. I can't thank them enough!!!!

I am an absentee owner in Bluffton. Old South Exterminators performs inspections on a regular basis. They provide me with a written assessment of their visits which I appreciate knowing when they are there. I happened to be home one time when the technician came. He was very pleasant, very professional. I am pleased with their services and would highly recommend them
