From the initial contact with Carolina Water Heater & Plumbing Service until the project completion, this company exceeded all of my expectations, as well as doing an outstanding job overall.
I had reached out to several local companies for a quote on the removal of two traditional hot water tanks and installation of a tankless water heater system. Out of all of the companies I prospected, only Carolina Water Heater provided a “one-stop shop” for the entire installation to include electrical, gas (LP), roofing (venting), and plumbing.
During the initial visit, recommendations were given on brand / size & placement, the installation process was explained, questions were answered, and communication (texts, phone, email) was efficient.
After reviewing all of the custom proposals, I selected this company primarily because of Dan's masterful knowledge and expertise in the trade, along with his thorough explanation as to the most suitable and efficient system for our 5 full-bath home.
The entire installation process went very smoothly. Dan's crew installed 2 cascaded Navien high-efficiency condensing units. They removed the old water tanks, ran the proper gas & electrical connections, as well as installed the roof-venting system, and performed an ops check. It all works like a champ.
I am beyond pleased with this tankless water heater system and will be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs. Their competitive pricing, integrity, punctuality, responsiveness, craftsmanship, and commitment to outstanding customer service sums up my experience.
Congratulations to their entire team on a job well done and thank you for the endless stream of hot water!
Even though our appointment was running late, receptionist and owner kept us updated. We expected the service people to be hot, and exhausted but their customer service was exemplary! Pleasant demeanor and more than willing to teach us the idiosyncrasies of our shower valves. Worth the price of the call, as we had had somewhat negative experiences with our local company, especially in that company fell short in the teaching department. Service reps were conversant and treated us with respect. Thank you.

Taylor & Brandon showed up right on time and did a fine job. Taylor found a leak in a water line that we did not know about and repaired it. I am sure it saved us from having a major problem down the road.

We had the best experience with Carolina Water Heater and Plumbing. We had a new unit installed incorrectly with a big remodel and they were able to identify the problem and fix some issues that took place at original install. I am thankful they were NAVIAN certified plumbers, because now we have found someone who will do all of our work.

These guys showed up on time, we’re professional and courteous. They finished installing the new water heater in about an hour and a half. They worked clean and their pricing beat a few other quotes we received. I highly recommend this company

Jorge is always cheerful, friendly and ready to answer our questions.
He completed the repair we needed in record time. He then gave us great advice concerning the deterioration of the porcelain finish on our toilets. The result of this advice is that we have signed his proposal to have all three toilets replaced!

I needed my dishwasher pulled out to clean behind it because of an unknown odor. The plumber was very nice and did it quickly and pleasantly.
However, $195 dollars( $20 of which was a gate pass fee ) seemed expensive for a simple service call.

I feel like you overcharged me for the initial service. You charged me overtime prices because your techs were busy even though I called when you opened your office. I also didn't like the charge to use your equipment to clear the drain. I think it should have been included in the initial service call. I also didn't like being charged for the gate pass. Your company should pay the annual gate pass for Sun City. It makes your company seem really cheap.
After talking with the owner who explained their charges in detail, which helped me understand their pricing. I would like to modify my last comments. The tech who did the work did and excellent job of trying to find the reason I have had this sewer line to back up three times in the last year. I will use their service in the future.
