Second time I use them. They were very responsive, but the work is not good. We had a leaky washer hook up. They came out and replaced the whole system with a spigot box. Spigot box is not installed well at all. But most importantly the hot and cold lines were crossed. The pics below show the cold water line attached from the cold water side of washer into the hot water hookup. Along with the box just hanging there, and was told I had to take care of it by hiring a drywall person. Your whole job is to understand hot and cold water lines and this was a fail after our clothes were supposed to be washed in cold water but came out steamy hot. Over $900 paid for this work.
TJ was very thorough and efficient examining all needs while being mindful of costs and weighing out current and near term repairs . I will certainly use Full Spectrum in the future !

Neil and team were very courteous and explained everything associated with my re-pipe. Even when I had some concerns, Full Spectrum came back out to my home promptly, when asked, and made sure I was satisfied. The price was exactly as quoted (no surprises), and I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. All other professionals I had out to the home (the leak detection service and the inspector) spoke so highly of Full Spectrum Plumbing, and they did not disappoint. They absolutely lived up to their reputation. I would definitely recommend Full Spectrum Plumbing and will call on them again for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you for all of your efforts!

Raistain and Haskell very professional, knowledgeable, polite explained what needed done .. showed pictures .. any questions I had was completely explained. Charges also up front .. no surprises. When the job was completed, they left the work area spotless.
When you have a plumming problem, Full Spectrum great company to work with. I am in my 80's and you get to talk to REAL PEOPLE from start to finish.

My experience was fantastic. The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and friendly. He placed a mat down at my front door to keep his shoes clean. I would recommend this company to everyone. The price was great too. They called me that morning and arrived on time. Thank you so much Full Spectrum.

Customer service was great. Raistlin was amazing and explained every step of the process. Fast and efficient work. He was the best and most professional person to do work at your place, highly recommend!

We heard others recommend Full spectrum . Once the tech named TJ came , he did not beat around the bush. He did an excellent job explaining to me what he about in representation to the company he works for. Made me comfortable after that. Upfront after looking at the issues I was having, he explained very thoroughly what needed to be done, my options, and pricing. He did a great service on my issues and everything is working properly. I will definitely be calling Full Spectrum and asking for Tj again for all of my plumbing needs in the future

T.J and His Helper Chris arrived on time rolled out a Mat and Gave us an Outstanding Service they went Above and Beyond to get Everything we Needed done and Did it all in a Day. I would Highly Recommended them to anyone who needs an Excellent Plumbing Company who actually Cares about their customers and their Customer Experience. When I say they went above and Beyond they Truly did From start to Finish. They wore Floor savers which we Really Appreciated and Made sure Everything was Cleaned up Afterwards and working Properly before they left. Thank Yall Very Much

Neal came on time and was very impressive and professional from start to finish. Presentation was excellent and he went above and beyond in answering all my questions. I immediately changed my mind and switched to Full Spectrum after learning that I had a 10 year warranty on work that he will be doing. I was very satisfied with all his explanations.
