William came in and saved my friends wedding! He was professional and got the job done in a timely manner! His presence allowed the bride and groom to continue with the celebration stress free! 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
I had an emergency catastrophic water leak at my house and Roto-Rooter came out and resolved the issue immediately. They also helped with remediation and my State Farm claim and finding a fantastic restoration company. I will definitely be using them again!

Called to get my sewer line unclogged and Roto-Rooter was very quick in getting a technician to me and getting the job done. There were no extra fees and Adam, the technician, was very professional. I will definitely call again with any other plumbing issues I may come across.

We had some water coming through our ceiling briefly. I called them to see if someone could check it out to make sure there wasn’t a serious leak. After paying them over 200 bucks they said no leak and it was fine. They said we could have the restoration team check it out just in case so my wife insisted they come out. Dennis came out and straight up lied to me. Told me he saw staining on my ceiling and that we would need to file a claim and have the whole upstairs bathroom torn up and it would be a 5 figure job. He had me start signing forms and told me to call the insurance company. I called another company to get a second opinion. They didn’t see any staining and did the same tests. They ran a dehumidifier and fans in my bathroom for a few days and verified everything was dry. Instead of a 10k+ fix it was a few hundred bucks to dry out the bathroom. Always get a second opinion if you use these guys.

Roto Rooter is my service provider of choice for plumbing needs. And, they handled my gas line needs competently and timely. This time I want to recognize Adam, who connected the gas line for my pool heater. It was a puzzle for sure, but Adam used his expertise to put it together and solved the challenge. He was so professional and handled the job with the utmost expert care. I am so thankful Roto Rooter was able to do the job. Also, shout outs to Bobby and McKenzie for their help prior to the scheduled appointment. Y’all Rock!

Bobby was professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job replacing a kitchen sink faucet and 3 little valves. He is an asset to your company.
Our issue was with the cost of the repair. Keep in mind, we purchased the faucet at Lowe’s! The cost of the repair was spprox $375 plus $400 for the cost of 3 valves that one can purchase at Home Depot for $9 each. Total repair cost was over $750!!!

I had a problem with my septic pump. Couldn’t use my own toilet or show for a week. After days of calling and getting nowhere with local plumbers and septic companies. I finally called root-rooter.
Adam, a tech for roto rooter came out on a Saturday. He was able to quickly figure out my problem. Got me set up with a Monday appt.
He showed up early Monday morning. And was able to remove my old septic pump, replace it , and some other repairs that needed to be made. He was professional , friendly , and extremely skilled.
10/10 would use again 10/10 would have Adam come back every time.

Root Rooter of Rock Hill did a wonderful job installing our whole house Aquasana water filter! We were able to schedule an appointment with them quickly, they reminded us of our upcoming appointment, called to let us know they were on their way, and showed up on time! We had four guys do the actual install and they all were polite, respectful of our property, and most importantly did a stellar job. Our filter is running great and we’re so happy to have clean water! Would definitely recommend them.

Roto-rooter did an AWESOME job with fixing a slab leak I had at my home. The entire team was knowledgeable and very professional. But a special thank you to Clint. Clint kept me informed on everything no matter how big or small the problem was. He let me know when he was arriving. How long he may be, and the time he left. So thanks Clint, and the entire team.
