If I could give less than a 1, I would After 3 appointments, and 3 No shows, I was finally able to reach a guy...who acknowledged the missed appointments, and further said he would not service our elevator, because it was not an emergency. There are other choices, and I suggest you find one

The owner, Steve, came to measure the four stop elevator shaft in my home and asked for a tape measure. Not kidding. Then when I received the estimate, I called to see if I could get a better price as I was willing to pay cash. Steve responded by texting, "Go somewhere else. We sell quality not price point." So I went somewhere else...Residential Elevators...a much better company.
