They have a staff that doesn't help at all, they should have people who speak Spanish, these people who are here don't solve your problems at all, they don't even try to look for things sometimes.

The only reason I give 1 star and not 0 stars is because of the Parts Department, they have been excellent. I have worked a couple of times with Philip, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, can’t say the same for the Shop Service Department. I’ve called 5 times over two days. Each time I get transferred by the receptionist the call goes directly to voicemail. The receptionist has transferred me to different numbers to try and make contact, but still unable to talk with a person. I can understand that people are busy and can’t always answer a phone call. But, what is the point of having voicemail if you don’t follow up. I guess they aren’t interested in dealing with a private individual, because no one has had the decency to return my calls.
