Needed to purchase some direct burial wire, walked in and talked to the young man behind the counter. Told him what I needed, he said that they didn't have it and that they couldn't get it. I then showed him on the website where it said that they even had it in stock at their warehouse. Then he asked me if I had an account with them which I told him I did not and then he told me again okay well if you don't we can't order it for you.
I asked to speak with a store manager because he clearly had zero interest in actually helping me either figure out how to set up account so it could be ordered or find an alternative. He told me he was the store manager so I left.
Tried to order 4 8-foot fluorescent tubes. After the 5th week of calling and hearing they haven't ordered them, they haven't come in and a list of other excuses I decided it best to move on. Just slack management and slack employees. Status quo for this time we live in now

Great place to get what you need because the big box stores only have enough electric stuff to get you in trouble. Guys are very knowledgeable.

I went in not knowing what I'm doing (I did have a list of what I needed thanks to the guy who is helping me doing the electric work at my house) and David was really helpful and very personable. Paid a fraction of what I would have at one the big name stores. Great store! Great people!

Excellent service they get you what you need and make sure you are satisfied. Great staff members.
